Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY DESIGN REQUEST?
You will receive a confirmation email that contains information specific to your project, followed by a detailed invoice.
Q: DO YOU TAKE CONSULTATIONS?
Yes. Send us an email and we will gladly schedule a call with you to discuss your design needs.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY DESIGN?
Normal turnaround times are as follows:
Logo Design - 2 weeks to 1 month
Web Designs - 1 to 2 months
Business Cards, Brochures, + Presentations - 2 weeks
Flyers, Invites - 2 weeks
Signage - 2 weeks
Custom Designs - 2 weeks to 1 month
All requests will be processed and completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Traditional designs are completed within 10 to 14 business days**.
Q: WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR PRINT DESIGNS?
Q: DO YOU HAVE PACKAGES?
Yes. Design Bundle Discounts are available. Spend at least $300 of combined design services with Caryberry and receive 10% off of all your bundled services.
Q: IS THERE A FEE FOR RUSH DESIGNING?
Yes. There is a $50 fee for expedited designing.
Q: WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
A 50% deposit is due to begin designs and final payment is due before the release or printing of final design(s).
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND HOW DO I PAY?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We invoice through quickbooks. No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.
