Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY DESIGN REQUEST?

ANSWER:
You will receive a confirmation email that contains information specific to your project, followed by a detailed invoice.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY DESIGN?

ANSWER:
Normal processing times are as follows:
14-16 business days for printed designs (unless specified otherwise)
7 business days for digital designs
1-2 months for web designs
All requests will be processed and completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Traditional designs are completed within 10 to 14 business days**. 

Q: WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR PRINT DESIGNS?

ANSWER:
100

Q: IS THERE A FEE FOR RUSH DESIGNING?

ANSWER:
Yes. There is a $50 fee for expedited designing.

Q: WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

ANSWER:
A 50% deposit is due to begin designs and final payment is due before the release or printing of final design(s).

Q: WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

ANSWER:
I offer web design, logo design, business cards, business flyers, stationery, and more!
